Healthy San Francisco is not insurance.
If you have insurance, do not drop it. Insurance is always a better choice because Healthy San Francisco has limited services and places you can go to get medical care.
Scheduling a Doctor's Appointment
If you are a current Healthy San Francisco Participant, you may schedule a doctor's appointment by contacting your Medical Home. Your Medical Home information is included on your Participant ID Card .
