Assistor Updates and Fact Sheets

Attached for your information are all past copies of Assistor Updates and Fact Sheets that pertain to Healthy San Francisco.  These documents are written as a collaboration between the Training Leads at the Department of Public Health, San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium, and San Francisco Health Plan.  In them you will find information about policy and program changes to Healthy San Francisco, updates to One-E-App, clarification of emerging issues, answers to frequently asked questions, and tips which will help you successfully enroll individuals in this important new program.  These documents are distributed by email when we release them, and we will always post them here as well, so check in periodically to refresh your memory!
