Complete Your HCSO Annual Reporting Form by April 30th
San Francisco’s Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO) requires employers to report on their health care expenditures each year. If you are a “covered employer” under the HCSO, you must submit the 2011 Annual Reporting Form to the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement by April 30th, 2012.
Be aware that the 2011 Annual Reporting Form has been updated this year to reflect the November 2011 Amendment to the HCSO, which went into effect on January 1, 2012. So please read the Instructions for Completing the 2011 HCSO Annual Reporting Form before you fill out and submit the on-line form.
For more information about the HCSO and the Annual Reporting Form, visit the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement’s HCSO website.

Employer Feedback / Questions
We have received many inquiries from Employers wanting to know what "other health coverage" means on the roster submitted to Healthy San Francisco.
Other Health Coverage means your employee has coverage through your company, their own personal coverage, or coverage from a partner/spouse. We use this information to assign your employee to the proper program.
Employees who live in San Francisco and are uninsured are assigned to Healthy San Francisco. All other employees, those who live outside San Francisco or live in San Francisco but have other health coverage, are assigned to the Medical Reimbursement Account (MRA) Program where they can get reimbursed for premiums, medical, dental, vision, prescriptions, and over the counter medications.
Have a Question? Please send them to bschenbaum@healthysanfrancisco.org
