New Features on Healthy San Francisco Employer Portal Website
Thank you for all the positive feedback received about our portal enhancements launched in October. Here is a quick recap of the new features;
- Managing Accounts: Primary users on the system will now be able to add/change a secondary user
- Employee Data Management: Edit employee data on a submitted roster at any time for any reason
- Export & Import Rosters: Import an old roster from 2009 and update for use in any upcoming quarter
- View and Print Rosters: For submitting with payments in 2009 for your record keeping
- View a history of changes made to employee data

Keeping Your Employee’s Information Updated
If one of your employees contacts us with new information, such as a change in insurance status or an address change, we will send you an e-mail to advise you to update your records. Thank you for your cooperation as it will ensure that your employees will be able to connect with their benefits.

MRA participants can use funds for dependents and spouse/partner
During our outreach to your employees through our Quarterly MRA Statement mailing, we received some questions about the program.
Can I submit expenses for my dependants and partner/spouse?
Yes, participants can receive reimbursement for medical, dental, vision and prescription expenses incurred by dependants and a partner/spouse.
Does the MRA funds stay with the employee?
Yes, the funds stay with the employee as long as the account is kept active through a new deposit or a claim, at least every 12 months. It will rollover from year to year.
